We are finally able to share the confirmed pay dates for contractual wage increases for members employed by New York City Health + Hospitals. If you've received a "merit or promotional increase" since September 5, 2021, please note that these dates do not apply to you.

The initial 3% retroactive payment, effective from 9/6/21, will be disbursed on March 29, 2024. The subsequent 3% retroactive increase, effective from 9/6/22, will follow on April 12, 2024. Finally, the 3% retroactive increase from 9/6/23 will be paid on May 10, 2024. On each of these dates, members will receive both the retroactive payments owed for that period and the applicable General Wage Increase going forward.

For those who have received a merit or promotion increase since September 5, 2021, the aforementioned dates do not apply. New York City Health + Hospitals has yet to announce specific pay dates for retroactive payments for these employees as each individual's payroll adjustments will require manual processing.

Please be aware that hourly employees at Health + Hospitals will receive all retroactive payments on April 5, 2024.

OSA has officially opted into the remote work program for members at the New York City Housing Authority. This positive development marks a significant stride for our members, bringing another agency in line with the growing trend of remote work opportunities citywide.

Following that, on Wednesday, we are scheduled to meet with the Department of Buildings (DOB) to discuss the specifics of that agency's telework rollout.

For our valued retirees, the next meeting of the Organization of Staff Analysts Retirees Club will convene on Wednesday, March 13, from 12:30 to 2:30 pm. Invitations have been sent out via email, so be sure to check your inbox.
