Staff Analyst Trainee Exam - 7/14

From July 7 through July 18, 2014, the Department of Citywide Administrative Services gave a Staff Analyst Trainee Exam at two locations, one in Lower Manhattan and the other in Downtown Brooklyn. For the first time, the test was computerized rather than paper based and given in three sessions each day for 11 days. OSA was at both locations each day to distribute the usual small green "care packages" that this time contained a solar calculator, two Tootsie Roll pops and an information card so the union could keep track of candidates after the exam. Staff members and summer assistants formed the core of the distribution team as seen in the photos taken by Dave Berger (and one by Elba Ujaque) shown here. About 5,000 folks turned out for the exam. Good luck to all of them.
